Traditional Cypriot pitta bread, soft and fluffy with a light texture. The extra large size makes it ideal for filling, folding, or serving alongside dips and grilled dishes. Baked in the authentic Cypriot style.

COOKING GUIDELINES

All cooking appliances vary. The following instructions are guidelines only. 

Allow to defrost at room temperature for approx. 30 - 60 minutes. 

 

Oven/ Grill: Heat for 1- 2 minutes until soft and pliable 

 

Toaster: Toast for 30 - 60 seconds.
