If frozen, defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken from the vacuum pouch and place it in an oven tray. Put the tray in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the tray, turn the chicken over and return it to the oven. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.
Pan / Griddle: Place the chicken onto a hot griddle or into a hot pan with a little oil. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached, turning as necessary.
